I am a Catholic counselor, Certified Zentangle Teacher, and lifelong lover of sketchbooks. I live in San Antonio, Texas, with my family, my watercolors, and a truly unreasonable number of pens.
I came to art the long way around — through counseling, through prayer, through the slow discovery that making something with my hands was one of the most grounding things I could do. I became a Certified Zentangle Teacher because I wanted to share that discovery with other women who had written themselves off as not creative.
This studio is my small corner of the internet where I share what I am making, what I am learning, and what I believe about beauty, practice, and the ordinary holiness of a daily creative habit.
